The Equality Trust is a national charity which campaigns to reduce social, economic and racial inequality. We work with others to build a social movement for change. We campaign, promote robust evidence-based arguments and support a dynamic network of campaign groups across the country.
We work closely with our 20 local groups throughout the country to share a message which highlights equality for all. We have always created the greatest change when we work in tandem with those who support and donate to our cause.
Some of our recent campaigning highlights, and by no means everything we have worked on, has seen a focus on the reducing gender pay gap, engaging young people in the inequality debates and asking the richest in society to commit to paying a wealth tax. We are also co-secretariat of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Poverty.
